Where are you right now?

In the middle of nowhere and in the middle of everywhere at the same time. It is a period of deep changes and creative discoveries for me right now and I am deep in it as hell. 

How would you describe a good day for yourself?

A good day includes equal doses of high energy, fun, intimacy and walking into new paths of creativity.

What brings you inspiration?

Passion, drama, sense of freedom, scars and death.

Which part of your job is your favorite? 

Fantasizing a new project. The beginning of the relationship with my canvas, when we get to know each other, flirt a bit, fall in love with the possibility of becoming one in the next few days…

What color describes you best?

I think black is my think nowadays… I seem to get highly involved with thick, textured, black layers and I love it. 

Are you in love?

Every day, there is something worth deeply falling in love with…

What are you working on at the moment?

A series about the war and the human body as a geological mass of fear and anger. 

How do you define success?

Success is a moment in time that combines adrenaline, fulfilment, vision, relief and pleasure, all in one…

How would you describe yourself in three words?

Stubborn, energetic, erotic

Modern Muses that inspire you and why?

I love the flesh texture and explosive palette of Jenny Saville, the thick, brilliant brush strokes of Alyssa Monks, the drama of Jordi Diaz Alama and the inspirational contradiction between abstract and hyperrealism paintings of Gerhard Richter.
